The chocolate world of Swiss Master Chocolatier Philippe Pascoët undoubtedly reflects his taste and personality. This self-taught chocolatier has had an extraordinary career, having been passionate about pastry making since his early days.
Then, as if it were obvious, chocolate takes centre stage in his creations. According to him, it is a noble material that everyone can explore in a thousand different ways. He chose to create his story based on his Breton origins, travels and encounters, sharing his art with a single guiding principle: ‘Always follow your instincts.’
Already a visionary, he developed a predilection for dark chocolate. For 20 years, his exclusively artisanal laboratory in Carouge has been offering residents and visitors to the shop the aroma of chocolate. Over the years, amid distinctions and awards, other shops have opened their doors and its products have travelled around the world.

Like an artist, he creates his ganaches, bars, thin sheets and his unmissable moelleux in his workshop.
Handcrafted production based on a combination of exquisite and surprising fragrances. Infusion after infusion, the cream and chocolate become one to form delicate and captivating ganaches.
In the laboratory, the team showcases fine wines whose aromatic notes differ depending on their origin, surprising us with a collection featuring floral, spicy or fruity themes.
The smoothness of pralines for a sensation of smoothness… Another manufacturing secret? The magic works just as well when Philippe Pascoët adds a pinch of salt to his caramelised almonds or when he reinterprets raw cocoa beans for his loyal fans, turning them into a delicious addiction.
